Me & Myself

“Me and Myself" is a thirty-piece project exploring an ongoing dialogue between the body and the inner self. Each artwork is paired with a time-lapse recording that captures the emotional and mental state present during its creation, forming a layered documentation of my personal process.

Beginning with the body as an external form, the works examine subtle wounds, imperfections, and overlooked details as reflections of the uncertainty of being twenty-three, through which I attempt to reconnect with my body and search for meaning in how to move forward.

Guided by thirty self-directed questions, the project creates space for reflection and self-reorganization. Using skin tones and shifting between realism and abstraction, the works record daily emotions and inner questioning—an honest, evolving conversation between my external and inner selves. Rather than presenting a fixed message, Me and Myself emphasizes process, inviting viewers to reflect on their own bodies, imperfections, and own interpretations.
